Planning, consultation and professional direction

• Preparing a work plan and economic model for upgrading the municipal marina in Eilat, for the Eilat Economic Development Company (2012).
• Professional consultation for characterization of an international convention bureau in Jerusalem, initiated by the Ministry of Tourism, the Jerusalem Development Authority and The International Convention Center (professional consultant as part of a team from A.Z.I.C Management & Holdings Ltd. 2011-12).
• Preparation of an economic and operational tourism program for the central park in Eilat, for the Israel Government Tourist Corporation (2011-12).
• Preparing a tourism plan and business model for an integrated camping compound on the southern coast of Eilat, for the Eilat Economic Development Company (2011-12).
• Professional consultation for establishing a municipal tourism corporation for the City of Eliat (2009-2010) and supervision of its establishment (2011).
• Preparing a program and tourism-economic analysis for the construction and operation of a center for ‎conferences, exhibitions, culture and special events in Eilat, for the Economic ‎Development Unit of the Eilat Municipality, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and ‎the Ministry of Tourism (2009-10).
• Tourism-economic analysis and examination of the organization necessary for managing and promoting tourism in Eilat, for the Eilat Municipality (2009).‎
• Program and business plan for a unique cable water-ski and water attractions park in the Eilat-‎Eilot area, for a group of entrepreneurs and investors (2009-10).‎
• Consultation and preparation of a due diligence report for the plan to construct and operate a ‎unique attraction in the Yerucham area, for private entrepreneurs (2010).‎
• Program and tourism-economic analysis for renovating and operation the music and arts ‎center in Eilat, for the Eilat Municipality (2009).‎
• Master plan for a network of boutique hotels, with unique style and national distribution, for ‎an entrepreneur (2009).‎
• Program for construction and operation of a business and leisure hotel in Ra’anana, for a ‎group of private entrepreneurs (2009).‎
• Tourism-economic program for the construction and operation of a multi-use center for ‎events and leisure in the Port of Eilat, for the Eilat Port Corporation, in cooperation with ‎the Eilat Municipality, and in consultation with Architect Boaz Shreibman (2008-09).‎
• Tourism-economic program for renewal of the southern wharf compound in Eilat for the Eilat ‎Wharf Tourism Company and Eilat Foreshore Development Company Ltd. in cooperation ‎with Mayslits Kassif Architects (2007-08).‎
• Economic plan and program for tourism development, hotel and recreation in the Nesher area ‎‎(Haifa suburb) for Clal Industries, in cooperation with Lion, Orlitzky & Co. Accountants ‎and Mody Aviram Architects (2006).‎
• Consultation for a group of entrepreneurs and investors in a business and vacation hotel in ‎Berlin, during the purchase and preconstruction stages (2006).‎
• Professional consultation to Yamit Commerce, on development of their Internet site and e-commerce with customers (2006).
• Consultation for development of tourism-support services for businesses in the Tel Aviv Marina, for Atarim ‎Ltd. (2005).‎
• Master plan for construction and operation of a sailing-oriented attraction, for an entrepreneur ‎‎(2004-05).‎
• Business-tourism development plan for the Ashdod Marina for Ashtrom company (as a ‎subcontractor, 2004).‎
• Work plan and organizational-operational consultation to Laufer Aviation at Ben-Gurion ‎International Airport (independent, 1998-99).‎
• Tourism and hotel program for the Ein Mazor complex on the shores of the Dead Sea, in ‎cooperation with Hotelink, at the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism, including ‎examination of regional tourism development and supplementary attractions (as an independent ‎subcontractor, 1995).‎
• Planning a model for evaluating new air routes for Turkish Airlines (Istanbul), in cooperation ‎with the Israeli branch of the company (conducted as part of an academic team, a joint ‎project for the Master’s Degree).‎
• Planning and implementing a model for managing logistical services at overseas stations for ‎EL AL Israel Airlines (conducted as part of an academic team as a project for Bachelors ‎Degree. The project won first prize for excellent projects in industry, at the Technion).‎

Management and Implementation

• Managing a project for design, establishment and operation of an international tourism website for Eilat, from the initial development phase and tender through operation, including a presence on social networks, for the Eilat Municipal Tourism Corporation (2011-12).
• Management and implementation of the first international Med Red Yacht Rally, in cooperation with government and commercial organizations in Israel, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey, with the support of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism (2004-05).
